GYROKINESIS® exercises allow one to work on the entire body - forward, backward, left side, right side, left twist, right twist, and circular - as well as all other joint articulations. This approach systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating movements.

Those who practice GYROKINESIS® tend to be more relaxed in their daily lives and can move with increased flexibility and ease.

  • Monday with Jennifer Armstrong 10:00am-11:00am

  • Wednesday with Shannon Bucklin 6:15pm-7:15pm

  • Saturday Intermediate with Anne Thomasson 10:15am-11:30pm

  • Sunday Beginning with Marcia Wever 1:00pm-2:15pm
