Bright Day with MS Bright Spots of Hope
Bright Day is an annual wellness program designed to support people living with MS through experiences that nurture the body, mind, and spirit. This one-day event brings the MS community together for connection, reflection, creativity, and restoration in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Bright Day also features a vendor fair highlighting local resources and services that can help make everyday life with MS more manageable. A shared lunch and small-group moments create space for conversation, reflection, and genuine connection throughout the day.

Enjoy a nourishing lunch while connecting with others in a relaxed, supportive environment. Care partners are invited to gather at a dedicated table to connect and share.
Music + Reflection Experience, led by Andrew Dwiggins, MT-BC
A unique, interactive group session that blends music, conversation, and reflection. Participants will share thoughts and experiences, which will be woven into a custom song created in real time—capturing the collective voice of the group.
