OOV Essential Reflexes with Emilee Morton

  • St Louis City Fitness (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Our Partners at St Louis City Fitness are holding the OOV Essential Reflexes Series taught by Emilee Morton.

This 45-minute class guides you through 11 isometric exercises on the OOV and two integration exercises on the Balansit, designed to help balance and restore your natural reflexes. A reflex is an automatic, rapid response to a stimulus—working behind the scenes to protect your body and maintain stability.

Using the OOV and Balansit as a supportive and dynamic stimulus, these exercises provide a safe and effective way to retrain your brain and build new pathways for movement. Think of it as giving your body’s “software system” a powerful update.

With your class purchase, you’ll receive a set of flashcards including the 11 OOV isometric exercises so you can easily continue practicing these movements at home on your own OOV.

OOVs and Balansits are provided for use during class. If you’re interested in purchasing these tools for home use, please speak with the front desk or order online through Balanced Body.
