We’ll explore the foundations of Ayurveda and how to recognize qualities and patterns that show up in everyday life. Particular attention will be given to the transition into winter and the busyness of the holiday season. You’ll leave with practical ways to support digestion, daily routines, immunity, and overall vitality.

The Cultivation Series brings together wellness practitioners from across the St. Louis community for workshops and experiences from October through January.
