Developed by Master Trainers Anne Thomasson, Miriam Honorio, and Fabiana Bernardes, this new course aims to help people reconnect with their bodies at all stages of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. 

Trainers will learn how to meet their clients where they are physically, mentally, and emotionally. They will be introduced to the latest discoveries in biological and therapeutic sciences and will learn how to choose new approaches, modifications and exercise choices based on their client's diagnosis and treatment.
